CRAFTSMANSHIP & ORIGIN
Each chandelier follows French design heritage and is hand-crafted in Shenzhen, China, using premium K9 crystal and metal hardware finished to specification.

AVAILABILITY
Each chandelier is made to order. Quantities are naturally limited by production time and craftsmanship, ensuring rarity and exclusivity without artificial editioning.

CUSTOMIZATION
Custom sizing, finishes, and suspension lengths are available on request. Performance & compliance documentation can be provided for project submittals.

LEAD TIME
Standard production time is approximately six (6) weeks. Delivery typically adds about one (1) week via FedEx International Priority, subject to destination and clearance.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Delivery is complimentary unless otherwise specified. Transit times and any local import duties or taxes depend on destination regulations.

VOLTAGE & CERTIFICATION
Voltage is configured for destination (e.g., 110–120V for USA, 220–240V for EU/UK and most regions). Compliance documentation is available upon request for your installer and project files.

INSTALLATION
Fixtures are professionally packed and ship with installation guidance. Due to scale and weight, installation must be performed by qualified professionals. Suspension length can be customized prior to production.

MATERIALS & FINISHES
Primary material is premium K9 crystal with metal hardware (finish per selection). Exact finish, crystal tone, and dimensions are confirmed on your quote before production begins.

PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES
Prices are provided by quote and may reflect your delivery region. Where applicable, VAT or local taxes/duties may be collected by the carrier or local customs on arrival.

PAYMENT
All acquisitions are arranged by inquiry. Secure payment is completed by invoice (including PayPal availability) once specifications are confirmed.

RETURNS & DAMAGE CLAIMS
Due to the rarity and scale of each piece, returns are not accepted except for transit damage. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist promptly.
